Meet the Team
Dr. Rebecca Parker-Bell,
PT, DPT, cert. DN, CLWT, CLT-LANA
Dr. Becca Parker-Bell is the physical therapist and founder of Therapy Specialists of Murray.
She graduated from the University of Evansville Doctor of Physical Therapy program after earning her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Murray State University. Following her graduation from physical therapy school, she worked full-time in long-term care.
She had an interest in lymphedema and wound care and earned her Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist (CLWT) credentials. She also is certified in dry needling and oncology rehabilitation.
She is excited about the services TSM will provide to underserved patients in her area with lymphedema (swelling).
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, taking her dogs for a walk, and exercising!
Dr. Samantha Headrick,
PT, DPT, CSCS
Samantha graduated from Lincoln Memorial University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program after earning her Bachelor's of Science from Mississippi State University.
She always knew she wanted to be a part of the medical field, and she was introduced to the world of physical therapy following a sports injury in high school. She became involved in the fitness world and earned her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credentials. This allowed her to learn more about helping others exercise as she began to train clients and coach high school volleyball prior to PT school. In PT school, she found her passion for pelvic floor therapy which supports her interest in sports and orthopedics. She is excited to join the TSM team and provide pelvic floor therapy to the community!
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with my boyfriend, our families and dogs, and finding time to be outside.
Cassie Garrison,
MHS, OTR/L
Cassie is a seasoned occupational therapist who has enjoyed her profession for over twenty-five years. Although she has worked primarily with older adults, she enjoys helping those of all ages develop their skills for the job of living. In addition to Cassie’s expertise in the field of rehabilitation, she has been a Certified Lifestyle Counselor in Weight and Stress Management for almost twenty years and has also served as a private life coach. She has helped countless individuals to grow, love, and create the lives they want.
Cassie is a fitness fanatic, an avid gardener, and a certified astrologist. She is truly happiest when she’s relaxing with her family and her dogs. Most importantly, she can’t wait to begin serving our community with the team at Therapy Specialists of Murray!
Emmeline
Emmeline has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2022 after graduating from West Kentucky Community and Technical College. She began her career with a focus on geriatric rehabilitation and later joined the team at TSM where she continues to expand her skills and impact. In 2024 Emmeline became certified in lymphedema and wound care therapy. She is passionate about helping individuals enhance their quality of life by managing swelling, promoting healing, and restoring function. At TSM, Emmeline values the close-knit, family-like environment that extends to every patient. We strive to treat each person like family, delivering the highest level of care. It's incredibly rewarding to witness the positive changes to those we serve and to be part of their journey.
Hope
Hope Rogers is the Office Manager at TSM. She greets everyone with a smile on her face and is always wiling to help out. She is a people person and enjoys talking and caring for the patients. Hope is local and has lived in Calloway County her entire life. During her free time she enjoys mowing, attending church, and playing with her grandpup, Rosie.
